UPDATE ON ONE SONG RETIREMENT FOR THE DIGITAL PATTERNS: As previously announced, I am in the process of retiring from computerized/digital longarm quilting pattern design. After 20 years of creating and sharing One Song patterns, it feels like the right moment to embrace a new rhythm—one that allows me to focus on the parts of my work that bring the most joy and sustainability. As life naturally evolves, so too does my business.

I’m transitioning toward offering PDF e-books filled with beautiful imagery for fiber arts projects, returning to the creative roots that first inspired me to design patterns. For years, I’ve longed to spend more time doing what I love most -- hand embroidery, painting, working with beads and vintage jewelry, and embellishing small art quilts. This shift allows me to reconnect with those passions and share them in a way that feels both meaningful and enduring. I am hoping to make samples of small art quilts to show you how to use the images in these e-books, and these should be ready to post photos in the website in early 2026.

Due to my limited schedule, I’m no longer able to respond to individual questions about the status of the computerized patterns section of the website -- please check here for any updates. My current focus is on finalizing and uploading the “Patterns by Type” packages, which offer large quantities of existing designs at significantly reduced prices for those who wish to collect One Song digital patterns while they’re still available. At some point -- date still to be determined --I will be removing the digital patterns from the website to focus solely on the PDF e-books. The website will remain open beyond that transition, and I will continue to offer technical support for your pattern purchases the best I can. Your purchases (back to mid April 2019 in this particular website) will continue to be available for downloading in your accounts, should you lose files to computer crashes, etc. However, I do recommend downloading and safeguarding your files on backup modems, etc.

Please note that I am not currently working on or promoting the PDF e-books beyond what is already provided on the website. To stay focused on completing the digital pattern phase, I’m not answering additional questions about the e-books at this time. If you’re curious, I encourage you to read the information posted on the website or purchase one of the books, which includes further details. The 60-30 coupon may be used on these e-books until further notice.
